Section 42
No action, suit, prosecution or proceedings shall lie or be brought, instituted or maintained in any court—
(a)
against the Institute; or
(b)
against any member of the Institute or any of its committees or any officer, servant or agent of the Institute, in respect of any act, neglect, default or omission done or omitted by it or him in good faith in such capacity.
