Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit, and the local authority may remove the lines of rails, mains, pipes, conduits or electric lines at his expense.
Precautions against accident. Bars to be erected across streets during repairs and lights placed at night
