Section 41

(2)

Any person, or other authority (but not the local authority) who fails to comply with the provisions of subsection (1) shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit.

(3)

Any person who takes down, alters or removes any such bar, chain or post or extinguishes any such light without the authority or

consent of the local authority shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit.
