Penalty for destroying

(2)

If any door, gate, bar or window is hung or placed so as to open outwards on any such street, the owner of the premises to which the same is attached shall, within fourteen days after the service of such notice from the local authority to that effect, cause the same to be altered so as not to open outwards.
