Section 72

removes a child from an approved school without lawful authority;

knowingly assists or induces, directly or indirectly, a child to escape from an approved school; or

knowingly harbours or conceals a child who has so escaped, or prevents him from returning to the approved school, commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both.
