(a)
may be arrested without a warrant by any probation officer or police officer; and
(b)
be brought back to that hostel or before the Supervising
Court.
(2)
If the child is brought before the Supervising Court under paragraph (1)(b)—
(a)
in the case of a child detained in a probation hostel under paragraph 46(5)(c), the Supervising Court may exercise its power under subsection 47(2); and
(b)
in the case of a probationer, the Supervising Court may deal with the child for the offence for which he was sent to the probation hostel in the same manner in which the
Supervising Court could deal with him if it had found him guilty of that offence.
