Section 8

The principal Act is amended by inserting after section 11

the following section:

“No customs duty levied on goods bona fide in transit and transhipment 11a.  For the purpose of levying of customs duties, goods bona fide in transit, including goods for transhipment, shall not be deemed to be imported unless they are or become uncustomed goods.”.
