Power of Minister to exempt
(a)
subject to such restrictions or conditions as may be stipulated by the Minister, after consulting the Director
General; and
(b)
if he is satisfied that such private healthcare facility will not pose any danger to public safety, or will not be operated in a manner that is detrimental to the interest of public health.

(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), an exemption under this section may be withdrawn at any time and shall cease to have effect from the date of service of notice of such withdrawal.
(3)
A decision of the Minister under this section shall be final and conclusive.
