The Minister may, from time to time, amend the type of social or welfare contribution and the quantum of social or welfare contribution imposed under subsection (1).
(3)
A private healthcare facility or service shall provide the social or welfare contribution of the type and quantum prescribed under this section.

(4)
Any private healthcare facility or service which fails to comply with subsection (3) commits an offence.
