(2)
The Minister may determine the terms or conditions of the appointment of any member of the Board of Visitors including its chairman, their duties and functions and the procedure of the Board of Visitors.
(3)
The private hospital shall pay to the members of the Board of
Visitors such allowance as the Minister may from time to time specify by notification in the Gazette for attendance at meetings of the Board and travelling expenses for such attendance in the discharge of their duties as may be determined.
