Qualifications for application of licence

Section 28
Any person may apply for a licence under this Part if the person—
(a)
fulfils prerequisite requirements as may be determined by the Chief Executive; and
(b)
has not been convicted of an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude.
