Application for licence

Section 29
(1)
An application for a licence to provide cyber security service shall be made to the Chief Executive in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2)
The application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by payment of the prescribed fee and such information, particulars or document as may be determined by the Chief Executive.
(3)
After considering the application, the Chief Executive may—
(a)
approve the application and issue to the applicant upon payment of the prescribed fee a licence in such form as may be determined by the Chief Executive; or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
(4)
A licence issued under this section shall be valid for a period as specified in the licence.
