Renewal of licence

Section 30
(1)
A licensee may apply to renew its licence issued under section 29 at least thirty days before the date of expiration of the licence in such manner as may be prescribed.
(2)
The application under subsection (1) shall be accompanied by payment of the prescribed fee and such information, particulars or document as may be determined by the Chief Executive.
(3)
After considering the application, the Chief Executive may—
(a)
approve the application and renew the licence upon payment of the prescribed fee; or
(b)
refuse the application, stating the grounds for refusal.
