Conditions of licence

Section 31
(1)
A licence to provide a cyber security service may be issued subject to such conditions as the Chief Executive thinks fit to impose.
(2)
The Chief Executive may at any time vary or revoke the conditions imposed on a licence under subsection (1).
(3)
Any person who contravenes any conditions of a licence imposed under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
