Section 181
(2)
A person specified under subsection (1) shall provide non-discriminatory commercial access to the database on the same terms and conditions which it offers to itself.
(3)
The Commission may direct a person specified under subsection (1) regarding the manner in which he will discharge his obligation under subsection (2).
