Old licences shall be registered
Notwithstanding section 276, a valid licence granted under the repealed Acts shall only be effective for a period of twelve months after the appointed date, unless it has been registered
(“registered licence”) by the Commission within twelve months from the appointed date.
A registered licence shall confer no new benefit
