Registered licensee may apply for an individual licence under this Act
(2)
The Minister may declare, in accordance with section 13, that an individual licence, granted under subsection (1), shall be subject to such general or standard conditions as the Minister may determine for each type of licence and such other special or additional conditions as the Minister is satisfied are in the national interest.
