the evidence or other material presented to the inquiry;

or

the material in written submissions lodged with the

Commission, is of a confidential nature, the Commission may direct that—

(aa) the evidence or material should not be published; or

(bb) its disclosure be restricted.

A person shall not without reasonable excuse fail to comply with a direction under subsection (1).
