(2)
The Commission shall publish the report within thirty days of the conclusion of the inquiry.

(3)
The Commission shall not include in the report any material—
(a)
that is of a confidential nature;
(b)
the disclosure of which is likely to prejudice the fair trial of a person;
(c)
which would involve the unreasonable disclosure of personal information about any individual (including a deceased individual); or
(d)
that is the subject of a direction under section 63 or 64.
