87. Decision to be in writing

The terms and conditions of any resolution of a dispute by the Commission under this Chapter shall be accompanied with reasons and be in writing.

The Commission shall provide the parties to the dispute with a copy of its decision as soon as practicable.

The decision of the Commission shall be binding on the parties.
