Section 43
Continuance of civil and criminal proceedings
of National Visual Arts Development Board Act 2011
Subject to the provisions of this Act, any proceedings, whether civil or criminal, or any cause of action pending or existing immediately before the appointed date by or against the dissolved
Board, may, on or after the appointed date, be continued or instituted by or against the Board as it might have been by or against the same respectively as if this Act had not been enacted.
(2)
Any appeal brought or any leave to appeal applied for on or after the appointed date against a decision given in any legal proceedings before that date may be brought by or against the Board established by this Act.
