Section 13
(1)
An application for a licence under section 12 shall be made within three years from the date of the granting of the approval in respect of the pathology laboratory.
(2)
If no application for a licence is made within the time specified in subsection (1), the approval shall be deemed to have been revoked unless an extension of time is granted by the
Director General under subsection 9(3).
