Section 38

The Director General may, on an application in writing to him and upon payment of the prescribed fees, vary the terms and conditions of an approval or a licence by endorsement thereon or otherwise in writing by altering, in such manner as he thinks fit, the purpose to which the pathology laboratory is established or maintained or operated or provided, or the class and speciality of the pathology laboratory to which the licence is in force.
