Section 52
(1)
The Director General may appoint in writing such number of persons to be authorized officer as he thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
An authorized officer may exercise all of the powers vested in him under this Act.
(3)
The appointment of an authorized officer shall be published in the Gazette as soon as practicable.
