Section 37

No person shall, in any proceedings before any court in respect of an order for closure of a licensed pathology laboratory under subsection 35(1), be entitled to the costs of the proceedings or to any damages or other relief for any financial loss suffered by reason of the closure, notwithstanding that the licensed pathology laboratory has complied with all the provisions of this Act.
