Section 21
(1)
Every Registrar shall keep and maintain a Register of
Persons with Disabilities.
(2)
The Minister may make regulations for the keeping and maintenance of Register of Persons with Disabilities and such regulations may include provisions to authorize the Registrar or
Assistant Registrar to update the Register by making changes to the particulars of the persons with disabilities or to delete the names of persons with disabilities who have died or ceased to be persons with disabilities.
