Section 35
(1)
Persons with disabilities shall have the right to the enjoyment of health on an equal basis with persons without disabilities.
(2)
The Council, the private sector and non-governmental organization shall take appropriate measures to ensure persons with disabilities have access to health services, including health related rehabilitation, that are gender sensitive.
