Registration and refusal to register

Section 24
(1)
After considering an application under section 22 and any additional document or information supplied pursuant to section 23, if any, the Registrar shall—
(a)
register a person to be a person with disability if he is satisfied that the person who is the subject of the application is a person with disability; or

(b)
refuse to register a person as a person with disability if he is satisfied that the person is not a person with disability.
(2)
A person aggrieved by the decision of the Registrar under paragraph 1(b) may appeal to the Minister and the decision of the Minister shall be final.
