Delegation of the Corporation’s functions and powers

Section 149
(1)
The Corporation may delegate any of its functions and powers to—
(a)
any member of the Corporation; or
(b)
any committee established by the Corporation.
(2)
A delegation under this section shall not prevent the concurrent performance or exercise by the Corporation of the functions and powers delegated.
