(a)
the member has failed to discharge his duties in a proper manner; or
(b)
the member absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Corporation without leave of the
Chairman of the Corporation and in the case of the
Chairman of the Corporation, without leave of the
Chairman of the Commission.
(2)
A member may at any time resign his office by giving a written notice of not less than thirty days to the Minister.
(3)
The office of a member of the Corporation shall be vacated if—
(a)
he dies;
(b)
he has been convicted under any law for an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or violence whether within or outside Malaysia;
(c)
he becomes a bankrupt; or
(d)
he is of unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties.
Meetings
