Section 156
(1)
The Corporation shall provide assistance to the
Commission or to any person acting on behalf of or with the authority of the Commission, as the Commission or such person requires, including the furnishing of information relating to the operations of the Corporation or any other information.
(2)
The Corporation may enter into arrangements to cooperate with any relevant authority to obtain or share any information or document as it deems necessary in the interests of investors or in relation to any relevant person.
