Section 148
The Corporation may establish any committee as it considers necessary or expedient to assist it in the performance of its functions under this Part.
(2)
The Corporation may appoint any person to be a member of any committee established under subsection (1).
(3)
A committee established under subsection (1) may elect any of its members to be chairman and may regulate its own procedures.
(4)
In the exercise of its duties under this section, such committee shall act in accordance with any direction given by the Corporation.
(5)
The committee shall meet as often as may be determined by the chairman of the committee.
(6)
A committee may invite any person to attend any meeting of the committee for the purpose of advising it on any matter under discussion, but such person so attending shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting.
