Section 11
(1)
Where a service agreement does not provide any terms and conditions in relation to the payment of earnings to a gig worker, a contracting entity shall pay the earnings within the period of seven days from the date of completion of the service.
(2)
Any contracting entity who contravenes subsection (1)
commits an offence.
