Section 80
(1)
An Inspector appointed under section 12 of the
Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 shall be subject to the direction and control of the Director General or of such other officer or servant of the Organization authorized by the Director General to act on behalf of the Director General, and of any other Inspector superior to the Inspector in rank, and shall exercise his powers, perform his functions and discharge his duties under this Part in compliance with such directions and control of the Director General.
(2)
An Inspector shall have all the powers, functions and duties conferred under this Part.
