Temporary return of seized thing
Where any thing has been seized under this Act, the Director may, at his discretion, temporarily return such thing to the owner or the person from whom such thing was seized subject to such terms and conditions as the Director may impose, and subject in any case to

sufficient security being furnished to his satisfaction that such thing shall be surrendered to him on demand or be produced before a court of competent jurisdiction.
