Publication of restoration of name to the register

Section 16
(1)
If the Board deems fit in any case so to do it may, either of its own motion or on the application of the person concerned, and shall, on the order of the Minister, restore to the register any name which has been removed and shall in such case issue a fresh certificate of registration to the person concerned.
(2)
Any restoration to the register made under subsection (1)
shall be published in the Gazette under the hand of the registrar.
