Section 13
Section 21 of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
in paragraph (1)(a), by deleting the word “and”; and
(b)
by inserting after paragraph (1)(a) the following paragraph:
“(aa) a Deputy President who shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong; and”.
