(a)
in paragraph (c), by deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of the paragraph;
(b)
in paragraph (d), by substituting for the full stop the words “; and”; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph:
“(e) the next-of-kin of the deceased workman in relation to a reference under subsection 20(3).”.
