Section 9 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by inserting after the words "under section 3" the words "or 3A";
(b)
by substituting for the words "another Liability Convention country" the words "another Liability Convention country or Bunkers Convention country, respectively"; and
(c)
by substituting for the words "sections 3 and 7" the words "sections 3 or $ 3{\mathrm{A}} $ , and 7".
