(a)
in subsection (1)一
(i)
by inserting after the words "section 3" the words "or $ 3 \mathrm{~A} $"; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words "section 11" the words "or 11A, respectively,"; and
(b)
in subsection (3)—
(i)
by inserting after the words "subsection 6(2)" the words "or $ 6{\mathrm{A}}(2) $ , as the case may be,"; and
(ii)
by inserting after the words "subsection 6(3)" the words "or $ 6{\mathrm{A}}(3) $ , as the case may be".
