25. Subsection 29(2) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)

in paragraph (a), by deleting the words "under subsection 12(1)";

(b)

in paragraph (b), by deleting the words "under subsection 12(1)"; and

(c)

in paragraph (c), by deleting the words "under subsection 12(1)".
