Subsection 24(1) of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in paragraph (a), by deleting the word "or";
(b)
in paragraph (b), by substituting for the comma appearing at the end of the paragraph the words "; or"; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph (b) the following paragraph:
"（c）a Bunkers Convention country to enforce a claim in respect of a liability incurred under any provision corresponding to section 3A,".
