Revocation of certificate of finality

Section 39
The Bank may, with the concurrence of the Minister, by an order published in the Gazette, revoke a certificate of finality if the Bank is of the opinion that—
(a)
any of the criteria specified in section 38 is no longer met; or

(b)
the operator of the certified designated payment system has breached or contravened any provision of this Act.
