Section 86
(1)
Divisions 1 and 2 shall apply to a licensed person incorporated in Malaysia.
(2)
Sections 87, 88, 89, 99 and 100 shall not apply to the Malaysia
Deposit Insurance Corporation, its subsidiary, bridge institution or any person appointed under paragraph 99(1)(c) or section 106 of the
Malaysia Deposit Insurance Corporation Act 2011, where such person is exercising its powers under that Act.
