Section 68
Without prejudice to section 67, the Bank may appoint an auditor for an institution—
(a)
if the institution fails to appoint an auditor as required under subsection 67(1); or
(b)
to act with an existing auditor of the institution appointed under subsection 67(1), and the remuneration and expenses relating to such appointment shall be borne by the institution.
