Section 22 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by substituting for the shoulder note the following shoulder note:
“Change in permanent address and service of notice, etc.”.

(b)
by renumbering section 22 as subsection 22(1); and
(c)
by inserting after subsection (1) the following subsections:
“(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1)
shall be subjected to the disciplinary jurisdiction of the Council.
(3)
Where any notice or correspondence is to be served or sent to a registered medical practitioner, it shall be deemed to have been served or sent to him if it is served or sent by post to his last-known address.” .
