(a)
in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “offence against this Act” the words “and shall, on conviction, be liable in respect of a first offence to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and in respect of a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both”; and
(b)
in paragraph (2)(b), by deleting the words “exclusively”.
