Section 50

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198] shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceedings against the

Commission or against any Commissioner, officer of the

Commission or member of the Task Force in respect of any act or thing done or committed by him in such capacity.
