Section 22
(1)
The Commission shall have power to investigate any complaints of misconduct it receives from a member of the public or that are referred to it by any person.
(2)
The Commission shall have power to refer any complaints of misconduct it receives or that are referred to it under subsection (1) of a disciplinary nature to the appropriate Disciplinary Authority.
(3)
The Commission shall have power to refer any complaints of misconduct it receives or that are referred to it under subsection (1) of a criminal nature to the Public Prosecutor.
