Section 146 of the principal Act is amended—

Section 27
(a)
by substituting for subsection (1) the following subsection:
“(1) Except as otherwise provided in the securities laws, any person who is aggrieved by the decision of the Commission may appeal to the Commission to review its own decision.”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “application” the word
“appeal”; and
(ii)
by inserting after the word “made” the words “in writing”.
